Continuum Care is a locally owned and managed provider of compassionate senior care services.  Our founding partner, Anne Gill, personally knows the balancing struggle of being a family caregiver to aging parents,  a mother to three children and a  spouse.  Anne founded Continuum Care because she understands the importance of having access to quality, timely and compassionate home care services. For over 17 years, Anne and her team have been delivering home care services to seniors in our region. We look forward to working you.
